  1. Cook 1 cup of rotini pasta per box instructions. Once cooked set aside in a bowl.
  2. Preheat over to 350F. Slice 2 cups of cremini mushrooms. Divide each mushroom into 4 bite-size pieces. Cook for 8-12 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cut 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 yellow bell pepper into bite size pieces.
  4. Microwave 1 cup of green beans for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix all ingredients in the bowl. Add 4 tbsp. of pesto sauce. Eat ASAP and enjoy, or chill in the fridge for a couple of hours then enjoy.
